Switches

Virtual Ethernet switches used to bridge network interfaces.

New Switch items can be added.

Switch

• Spanning Tree Protocol - Spanning Tree Protocol (STP) configuration.
• Ports - The network interfaces bridged by the virtual switch.
• Interface - The Layer 2 interface these network features apply to.
• IPv4 - IPv4 addressing, routes, and DHCP services for this interface.
• IPv6 - IPv6 addressing, routes, prefix assignment, and RA/DHCPv6 services for this interface.

Properties

Enable

Enable this switch.

When disabled, the interface remains configured but its related IPv4, IPv6, and DHCP services are not brought up.

The label used to describe and locate this switch.
