SLAAC/DHCPv6 client

Learn IPv6 addressing and network options from upstream routers and DHCPv6 servers.

Enable this on an upstream-facing interface to accept Router Advertisements, acquire SLAAC or DHCPv6 addresses, receive DNS and route information, and request delegated prefixes when supported by the network.
